Placing An Order

STEP 1:     STRATEGY
When you call the DynamiCard marketing department, you get years of experience based upon millions of cards mailed working in your favor. We will help you identify the best list, see how many prospects are available, determine the required card size and/or style and recommend some offer ideas for accomplishing your goal.

STEP 2:     TIMELINE
Let us know when you need these to arrive in homes. We will then email you a timeline detailing every step of the process. You will need to approve your quote at this time to get your job scheduled in our system.

STEP 3:     CONCEPT
At DynamiCard we know you'll like what you see. For that reason we will develop a design concept for you with no up front investment. We will mock-up your design, and you only pay if you choose to use it!

STEP 4:     EXECUTION
Once your design, list and tracking are in place, we are ready to go to production, and at DynamiCard we make it easy by holding your hand every step of the way. We believe in providing the best service in the industry, and if you don't think we are doing just that, please let us know!

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment is due at time your order is placed. DynamiCard accepts checks, e-checks, money orders and cashiers checks.  In addition we accept both PayPal and credit cards for a service charge of 3.5%.
Tips On Designing Your Card

Compelling and Attention Grabbing.

Your pictures should be at an angle, zoomed in, or off center.  Paint a clear picture of your offer. Hit your customers hot buttons!

Use bright colors on each side Bold and contrasting colors show depth and get attention. Highlight the offer in a different color. Make it stand out.

Keep the text easy to see Make the promotion or offer be the first thing they see. Never block or overlap the pictures or graphics with any text.

Design for top of wallet Put your brand, offer and expiration on the top quarter inch banner of the wallet card. This is your opportunity to command top of wallet placement which has an exposure factor similar to placing a billboard outside the front door of your prospects home. Focus on designing an attractive wallet card your prospects will want to carry.

Standard graphics packages takes about 1-2 days to complete including 2 client design revisions.

Production time is approximately 5-7 business days for orders under 25,000, for larger orders please contact a representative.


Mailing Options:

Standard Mail - Delivery time 4-15 Days - We have found that delivery times of 9 days or less are common, but not guaranteed. Standard Mail rate is .27 per unit for postage & processing.

First Class Mail - Delivery time 1-4 Days - Rate is .37 per unit for postage & processing
